HYDRAULIC SYSTEM DESIGN & OPERATION

The Tuas Project involved assembly and start-up of a sub-sea hydraulic trenching system for burial of fiber optic cable. The trenching system was designed for two meter penetration into hard sub-sea sediment. Assembly was conducted is Singapore over a two month period. Contracted services included operational supervision and maintenance during burial.

Designed and supervised construction of the hydraulic systems for the ROV ASpencer@. The ROV was capable of one meter penetration of sub-sea rock formations. Participated in the operation & maintenance team during cable burial covering fifty kilometers. The Jasuraus Project was contracted by Acatel Corporation. Operations were carried out off the West Coast of Australia
